Terms & Conditions – Group Tour Adventure

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any group tour organized by Group Tour Adventure. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the trip start date.

  • Failure to make the full payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: 50% of the booking amount is refundable.

  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the booking amount is refundable.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

  • Also, please note that, cancellation charge is applied on the total trip cost, not

    on any partial or token amounts.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5 working days from the cancellation request.

Note: Refunds are made via original mode of payment. Service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. No Show Policy

If the participant fails to show up on the trip date or voluntarily leaves the trip mid-way, no refund or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Transfer of Booking

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent from Group Tour Adventure.

  • If a replacement participant is arranged by the original traveler, written notice must be provided at least 5 days before departure.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Group Tour Adventure reserves the right to alter the itinerary, hotels, or transportation due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.).

  • Such changes, if made, will be in the best interest of the group’s safety and experience. No refunds will be provided for itinerary modifications.

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • Group Tour Adventure is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, delay, or damage during the tour.

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the team leader/guide throughout the trip.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and travel documents.

7. Health & Fitness

  • Travelers must ensure they are physically fit to undertake the activities included in the tour.

  • If you have any medical condition or allergy, please inform us in advance.

8. Photography & Media

  • Group Tour Adventure reserves the right to use trip photographs and videos for marketing purposes unless the participant specifically requests otherwise in writing before the tour.

9. Travel Documents

  • Participants must carry valid government-issued ID cards and other travel documents (including Inner Line Permits where applicable).

  • Failure to produce valid ID or permits may result in denial of travel without refund.

10. Code of Conduct

  • Respect the local culture, nature, and fellow travelers.

  • Any misbehavior, harassment, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

11. Group size

The tour may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum group size is not met.( min 4)  Full refund or alternative date will be offered

12. Force Majeure

Group Tour Adventure shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
